Una declaración jurada es un documento en el que usted afirma, bajo juramento ante notario, que ciertos hechos son ciertos. El affidávit (testimonio de autenticidad) es el acto mediante el cual el notario da fe de que una persona identificada firmó un documento en su presencia.A sworn statement (declaración jurada) is a document in which you affirm, under oath before a notary, that certain facts are true. An affidavit of authenticity (testimonio de autenticidad) is the act in which the notary attests that an identified person signed a document in their presence.
